2024 Derby Tickets on Sale beginning

We will only sell 300 tickets and ticket sales will close and all mail-in tickets must be received by Thursday July 30, 2024 AT 5:00 PM

NO REFUNDS NO TRANSFERRING OF TICKETS
IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS ONLINE YOU MUST HAVE YOUR DERBY TICKET NUMBER WITH YOU TO SIGN IN- THIS CAN BE A PICTURE OF THE BARCODE AND TICKET NUMBER. WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET ONLINE IT WILL DIRECT YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE TICKET YOU MUST DO THIS TO GET THE TICKET BARCODE- THIS IS YOUR TICKET THE BARCODE IS THE TICKET- AND THE 4 DIGIT NUMBER UNDER IT IS YOUR TICKET NUMBER. THIS IS BASICALLY ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE AND REMEMBER, BUT HAVING THE BARCODE TO SCAN WHEN WEIGHING IN FISH IS EASIER FOR OUR DATA ENTRY PERSON. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A 4-DIGIT TICKET NUMBER, THAT IS UNDER THE BARCODE. WE CAN NOT CHECK YOU IN. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THAT AT THE TIME YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS
IF YOU MAILED IN YOUR TICKET (PAPER TICKET) YOU WILL PICK UP YOUR TICKET WITH YOUR SKIPPERS PACKAGE AT THE SKIPPERS MEETING (WILL CALL)
AT LEAST ONE PERSON FROM THE BOAT MUST SIGN IN AT THE SKIPPERS MEETING ON AUGUST 1ST TO RECEIVE THEIR TICKET PACKAGE, WRIST BAND AND BOAT FLAG, SEE BELOW IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT. WE RECOMMEND ALL ON THE BOAT TO BE AT THE SKIPPERS MEETING AS WE WILL BE GIVING AWAY SOME DONATED ITEMS THAT CAN BE USED DURING THE DERBY WEEKEND. WE WILL BE GOING OVER THE DERBY RULES AND WILL ANSWER QUESTIONS AT THAT TIME AND GIVING AWAY THE YOUTH BAGS.
IF YOU DO NOT CHECK-IN , OR SOMEONE IN YOUR PARTY CAN NOT CHECK-IN, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP AND WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE YOUR SKIPPER PACKAGE LEFT FOR YOU.
Please note: should we have to cancel the event due to restrictions made by the Government or City that are out of our control, then we will refund all money.
WE WILL NOT CANCEL DUE TO THE WEATHER
IMPORTANT ** Before entering the Registration site, all fishermen on the same boat will need to decide on a Boat Captain, WE PREFER JUST A PERSONS NAME IT MAKES IT MUCH MORE SIMPLE TO IDENTIFY EACH BOAT. You need to make sure the name is spelled correctly and it is the exact same for everyone on the boat. REMEMBER Your Skipper Package is filed by that name.

For Team SIDE POTS everyone in the boat is on the team, with no exceptions,
** Every fishing participant must have their name entered, even if someone else is buying the ticket.
THE DERBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AND TICKETS AND ENTRY TO ANYONE
*Please note: you must purchase your derby ticket prior to purchasing any side pots.
You will need your ticket number at the time of side pot purchase.
The Skippers Meeting –
Begins at 6:00 PM Thursday evening Aug 3 , at the Gazebo (DERBY HEADQUARTERS) at Columbia Cove by the boat launch. This is mandatory, but if at least one person from your team can not make it contact the derby 509 686-1124 and we will let you know how to pick up your ticket package.
All Derby Participants must Check in to Derby Headquarters Thursday evening (Unless prior arrangements are made with derby officials), to pick up your Skipper Pack including Wristbands and Boat Marker and rules, prior to the start of Derby.
You MUST have your BOAT MARKER ON YOUR BOAT before you launch.
We will be doing random ice-chest and Livewell checks. If you refuse you will be disqualified for the entire event with no refunds.
